Bootloader Unlock is essential for Android development and last week we shared about the Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 coming with an "unlockable bootloader". As reported by Nokiamob, this was an error on HMD's part which will be fixed soon but this gave a good opportunity for a dev (Raghu Varma) to build official TWRP for both these phones. The official TWRP for both the phones can be downloaded from the links below:

NOTE: If you have just purchased a Nokia 6.2 OR the Nokia 7.2 unlock the bootloader before updating your phones.
Raghu Varma also released the first build of LineageOS ROM for both Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2. The installation procedure and files for Nokia 6.2 can be found in this XDA thread and for Nokia 7.2 can be found in this XDA thread. There are no major bugs as of now and the dev is currently looking for more ROM testers. So, if you have a Nokia 7.2 and interested in flashing custom ROM's, you can help out in the testing process.
