Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 launched back in 2017 have just started receiving the
July 2020 Android Security patch. The smartphones are in the last year of
receiving software support and have been receiving the security patches on
a quarterly basis for a year now.
The update for Nokia 5 is 118 MB in size while the update for Nokia 6 is pretty big at 319 MB in size. The changelog only mentions the July 2020 Android Security patch and we don't know what other changes or improvements were made for Nokia 6.

Do note the Nokia 6 purchased from Amazon in India and the US has stopped
receiving quarterly security patch in October 2019 so this update won't be
reaching your Nokia 6 if it was purchased from Amazon. Also, this is the
second last quarterly security patch for Nokia 5 and the Nokia 6 and the
last security patch for both these devices will arrive in October 2020.
