Nokia's 1st PureCinema Smart TV with PureX processor, ClearView, PureDesign and ClearSound technology launched in India at Rs. 41,999/-
Nokia's very first Smart TV under the Nokia PureCinema series has been officially launched in India by Flipkart. Nokia PureCinema TV also uses the "Pure" and "Clear" marketing terms used by Nokia on its smartphones for a very long time.
Nokia's 1st PureCinema TV comes with a 55" 4K UHD LED panel. The 55" 4K UHD display supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, Intelligent Dimming for improved contrast and MEMC technology which reduces blur for better viewing experience. The display also has a 178° Wide Viewing angle giving you the same viewing experience from any angle. The display also has a wide colour gamut for lifelike colours. Nokia and Flipkart like to call this a ClearView display.
Nokia PureCinema TV runs on Android 9 Pie and users can download apps from the Android TV Play Store. The tv also comes with Chromecast built-in for easy screen mirroring. Nokia PureCinema Smart TV is powered by the custom PureX quad-core processor coupled with 2.25 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage.
Coming to the sound, Nokia PureCinema TV has two box type bottom-firing speakers with a combined sound output of 24W. The TV comes with audio optimisations provided by JBL which provide deeper bass tones and clear sound improving the experience. Nokia PureCinema TV also comes with DTS TruSurround sound from Dolby Audio. It also comes with ClearSound technology which reduces digital sound compression. The Nokia PureCinema TV comes with 4 different sound modes to choose from - Drama, Music, Action and High Bass.
